Welcome to the first edition of the COM Insider. Through this electronic newsletter, we will work very hard to keep our faculty, staff members, students and their parents up to date on news and information from throughout our medical school campus.

By adding the Insider to other award-winning publications such as The Post and the Florida Physician magazine, we have increased the opportunity for communication in and around the COM community. Look here for news about upcoming lectures, faculty and staff awards, the latest research findings from UF medical laboratories and student activities.

We’re very excited about Insider, and we hope you will be, too. We’ll test the bugs for a couple weeks then we hope to have a new issue up and running every 10 to 14 days. Look for links to stories in your email, and beginning the week of April 7, you can access the current issue on the COM homepage.

This newsletter is for the entire college, including research and clinical faculty, housestaff and administrative assistants, students and their parents.
