UF plastic surgery shows off its new makeover

In addition to the additional privacy and central location of its new office, UF Plastic Surgery is furthering its accessibility by offering potential patients extended appointment hours this month, practice officials said The practice will offer weekend hours from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Aug. 29 to provide additional opportunity for people to learn more about cosmetic surgical services offered by UF plastic surgeons.

“Many professionals work hours that do not easily allow for a consultation,” said Matthew Steele, M.D., an assistant professor of plastic and reconstructive surgery. “The extra office hours are an attempt to be available for those people with tight work schedules.”

UF Plastic Surgery recently underwent its own makeover, with a new office and location with free parking. The practice offers a range of cosmetic surgical procedures, including aesthetic facial surgery, breast surgery, body contouring and liposuction. UF plastic surgeons also perform reconstructive procedures, and the practice offers nonsurgical options to freshen appearances through its Fresh Faces program.
