The Eastside Community Practice is situated in an area with the highest rates of cancer deaths, infant mortality and sexually transmitted diseases in Alachua County. Faculty and staff at the UF clinic will work to improve prevention efforts in the community.

Lindsey Evans is a third-year medical student who understands the needs of underserved communities.
